To insert the implant, your surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum. No incisions are made on the penis itself. The implant is inserted under the skin through the incision and drawn down your shaft. It fits over the corpus cavernosa like a sheath and is sutured in place. These sutures are usually undetectable by the patient or their sexual partner. The implant stretches the tissue and skin of the penis to make it look and feel larger.
